Old couple split because of episode of Home & Away

An old married couple are to split up after wife claims that she couldnt hear a word of an episode of Home and away.

A neighbour of the couple Sara McDingleberry had this to say. “Awh God its awful

so it is. They were a lovely couple so they were, it wasn’t even a great

episode so it wasn’t. Awh God.”

Lisa and husband Gerard, both 56, are married almost 31 years. Lisa said that she’s

kicking Gerard out of the house because she couldn’t hear a word of Home and away,

a soap opera based in the fictional town of summer bay. “Not a single word did I hear

over his talking and slurping of tea. Then the flippin’ eejit went out of the room, I says

thanks ta’be God, but then he comes in with a seal bar.” (We later found out that

a ‘seal bar’ is an Aldi version of a penguin bar.) She continued, “ and then he starts

chomping and breathing heavy. I had no choice but to kicking him out.”

There was no talking to lisa though as I recommended getting sky+, “Oh no no, that’s

how the government can listen to your conversations.” At that, we left the house.

Gardai say that over 60% of domestic calls they receive, directly or indirectly involve

Home and away. We advise to watch home and away in separate rooms were possible.
