Lets face it, we all lie. For most of us its the odd 'little white lie' but some of us tell whopper after whopper.
A life time of lying has caused this man to develop "Pinoccitis". It is a very rare condition which affects the nose and causes it to grow with no medical treatment. The condition is 100% reversible however. All you have to do is retract every single statement you ever told which was a lie.
For this gentleman however that would take a very long time and that time would be better spent over a lovely cold pint of the black stuff. What would you do?
